Role Purpose

Our Team Members are at the heart of every Brewpub — the energy, personality, and warmth that shape the experience for our guests. We’re looking for charismatic, friendly, proactive people who thrive in a guest‑facing environment and bring a strong work ethic to everything they do.

You’ll be the welcoming, smiling face that greets our guests, passionate about great food, great drinks (especially craft beer), and delivering consistently high standards of service.

As a Team Member, you’ll take orders confidently, recommend dishes and drinks (including our own‑brewed B&K beers), serve food and drinks, and help deliver an exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll also support the smooth running of the Brewpub by assisting with set‑up and close‑down each day.
